Because chlorinity increase, CPVC molecular not neat increases (crystallinity in the structure to drop, molecular chain's polar enhancement), thus causes its thermal deformation temperature rise. The CPVC product's application temperature may reach 93-100℃, compares the PVC enhancement 30-40℃, simultaneously improved the PVC anti-chemical properties and corrosion resistance ability, can resist the anti-strong acid, the strong alkali, the salt, the fatty acid salt, the oxidant,the halogen and other chemical etching. Moreover, the CPVC tensile strength, the anti-bending strength compares PVC also to have the improvement. Compared with other polymer materials, CPVC has excellent resistance to aging, corrosion resistance and high flame resistance and so on.

Because CPVC has so superior high temperature, corrosion resistance and flame retardant performance that it has been widely used in making each different industry pipeline,hot and cold pipeline and fire pipeline. The advantages of CPVC pipe can be reflected in the following areas:
1, strong, thermostableBecause CPVC compares PP-R, PE-X to be firm.Compared with PP, the PE-X tube,under the similar pressure, CPVC may use a smaller caliber to achieve the same water flow, thereby saving material costs and installation time. Compares with other thermoplastic, CPVC has the remarkable mechanical property under the different temperature, is suitable for the bearing the situation, the application temperature may reach as high as 93℃, the life may amount to 50 years.
2, easy installationThe connection method are very similar with PVC. Most commonly used and simple connection method is resolver cementation.Other connection methods are threaded connection, flange connection and electrode connections.
3, non-corrosive oxygen permeability
CPVC have the anti-oxygen, therefore the oxygen seepage from the radiator will not bring metal corrosion.

8, the low thermal conductivityCPVC thermal conductivity is only 1.05. heat is not easy to disseminate from the pipeline, heat loss of pipeline is low. 9, bacteria breeding is not easyCPVC is not influenced by the impact of residual chlorine in water. Packing and specification:
This product adopts polyethylene bags for internal use and polypropylene bags for external use or kraft paper packing with net weight of 25 ± 0.2kg per bag
Storage and transportation:
This product should be stored in dry and ventilated warehouse, stacking height should not be more than 10 bags to prevent sunlight and moisture. Transport must have shelter and be clean to prevent sun, rain and heat. This product is non-dangerous goods.

CPVC的氯化方法为水相悬浮(淤浆)氯化法。将专用PVC树脂在一定条件下与氯离子进行置换反应得到相应型号的CPVC树脂。它的分子结构为: -CHCl-CHCl-CH2-CHCl-由于氯含量的增加,CPVC在结构上分子的不规整性增大(结晶度下降,分子链的极性增强),因而使其热变形温度上升。CPVC产品的使用温度最高可达93-100℃,较PVC提高30-40℃,同时改善了PVC的抗化学性及抗腐蚀能力,能抗强酸、强碱、盐、脂肪酸盐、氧化剂及卤素等的化学腐蚀。另外,CPVC的抗张强度、抗弯曲强度较PVC也有所改进。与其他高分子材料相比,CPVC具有优异的耐老化性,耐腐蚀性和高阻燃性等特点。

由于CPVC具有卓越的耐高温、抗腐蚀和阻燃等性能而被广泛用于制造各种不同工业管道,冷热水管道和消防管道。CPVC管材的优越性能体现在以下几个方面: 1、坚固、耐高温 由于CPVC较PP-R、PE-X坚固,在同样压力下,CPVC可以使用更小的管径而达到与PP、PE-X管同样的水流量,从而可节省材料费用和安装时间。与其它热塑性塑料相比,CPVC在不同温度下都有卓越的机械性能,适于受压的场合,使用温度可高达93℃,寿命可达50年。 2、安装方便 其连接方法与PVC十分相似。最为常用和最简单的连接方法为溶剂粘接。其它连接方法还有螺纹连接、法兰连接和焊条连接。 3、无透氧腐蚀 CPVC本身具有抗氧性,因此不会有散热器中由于氧渗透所带来的金属腐蚀。 4、减少助剂的渗入 为防止氧化,某些改性塑料需要添加大量抗氧剂,可能会渗入供水系统,导致难闻的气味。 5、不受水中氯的影响 很多的聚烯烃材料(包括PP、PE)遇水可能会分解,而CPVC则不会受水中余氯的影响,不会出现裂痕和渗漏。 6、良好的阻燃性 CPVC限氧指数为60,因而在空气中不会燃烧。具有无火焰滴露,不增加火载,限制火焰扩散,低烟雾生成特性。 7、CPVC对无极强酸、强碱具有极佳的化学阻抗性。常用以替代金属以处理侵蚀性物质,如质量较差的水,酸性物质,碱性物质及其它水溶液。 8、导热性能低 CPVC的热传导系数仅为1.05,热力不容易从管道散发,管道热损失少。 9、细菌不易繁殖 由于CPVC不受水中余氯的影响,不会产生裂痕和渗漏,管道内壁光滑,细菌不易滋生。研究表明,CPVC管道内细菌的滋生数值远远低于其它材料如铜、钢及其它塑料管道。 10、较低的热膨胀 CPVC热膨胀系数低于其它塑料,管内通热时膨胀很小,不象其它种类的管道(如PP-RRP)由于较高的膨胀系数造成高温受热时的蛇行弯曲,及存在安全隐患又不美观。 11、时间的考验 没有一种热塑性材料象CPVC那样,历经四十年热水系统的考验而免于维护,表现出其优势的性能。

CPVC树脂的固有性能:
CPVC树脂由聚氯乙烯(PVC)树脂氯化改性制得,是一种性能优异应用前景广阔的新型工程塑料。该产品外观为白色或淡黄色 无味、无臭、无毒的疏松粉末。PVC树脂经过氯化后,分子键的不规则性增加,极性增强;树脂的溶解性增大,化学稳定性增加;对酸、碱、盐、氧化剂等化学介质的耐受性增加,热变形温度和机械性能提高。氯含量由56.7%提高到63—72%,维卡软化温度由72—82℃提高到120℃以上,最高使用温度可达140℃以上,长期使用温度可达95℃以上。
CPVC树脂的应用:
1、管材:CPVC主要用于生产管材,输送热水及腐蚀性介质,在不超过100℃时仍能保持较高的强度,而且在较高的内压下可以长期使用。CPVC的重量是黄铜的1/6,钢的1/5,且有极低的导热性,因此,用CPVC制造的管道,重量轻,隔热性能好,不需保温。CPVC管可用作化工厂的热污水管,电镀溶液管道,热化学试剂输送管,氯碱厂的湿氯气输送管道。
2、注塑件:CPVC树脂可生产供水管的管件,过滤材料,脱水机等,还可以生产电器和电子零件。如电线槽,导体的保护层,电器开关,保险丝的保护盖,电缆的绝缘材料等。
3、压延薄板:可用于制造耐化学品、耐腐蚀的化工设备,如反应器、阀门、电解槽等。
4、复合材料:由CPVC和某些无机或有机纤维所构成的CPVC复合材料抗冲击性能好,耐热性也好于其它树脂的复合材料,可制成板材、管材、波纹板、异型材等。
5、氯纶纤维改性:国产的氯纶纤维的洗晒温度不得超过60℃,在纺制氯纶时加入30%的CPVC,可大幅度提高产品的耐热性,降低缩水率。
6、发泡材料:CPVC的发泡材料的耐热性优于PVC发泡材料。高温时的收缩率相当小,可作为热水管、蒸汽管道的保温材料等;将CPVC置于加热时能产生气体的溶剂中发泡,可得到均一、微孔的发泡气体,可用沸点为50—160℃的烃类、醚类、醛类等溶剂作发泡剂。
7、CPVC与热塑性或热固性的塑料共混,可以显著改善这些材料的机械物理性能,如可使制品的耐热性提高等;国外还通过生产工艺的改进制备出抗冲性能更高,透明度更好的CPVC,这种透明材料可用于汽车、光盘、声像制品,具有良好的经济效益。
包装与规格:
本品内用聚乙烯包装袋,外用聚丙烯包装袋包装,出口级有中性包装,也有专用牛皮纸包装。每袋25±0.2Kg。
贮存和运输:
本品应贮存在干燥通风的库房内,堆放高度不超过10袋,防止日晒和受潮。运输必须用清洁和有遮盖物的运输工具,防止日晒、雨淋和受热。本品为非危险品。
